"The Palm was such a lovely place to start our vacation! The location is great and the staff were kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious with plenty of character. We wish we could have stayed for longer. The only drawback is parking as it is a very busy road."

"We have walk out, there was no room available for us. They tried to give us one room with just one dirty bed although we booked the room with 2 queen beds. Worst experience for any hotel ever"

"Appears clean. Feels a little under serviced even for a Travelodge. No amenities to speak of, no hair dryer in room. Bare minimum and small, thin towels. Cigarette smoke smell seems to come through the bathroom vent. Toilet barely flushes. I wouldn't stay again but Swords is a neat town. Price was way too high for what is offered, even for a tourist season Saturday night. Lesson learned."

"Don't justify the price. The two entrance rooms are the staging for the photos, the rest of the hotel is good, not fabulous. The price is for a high standard.
Breakfast is cooked at the moment but really grease. "

"Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung und das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen.
Was uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war die Situation bei unserer Anreise. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war auf 16 Grad eingestellt und das Zimmer dadurch extrem heruntergekühlt, obwohl die Außentemperatur gerade einmal etwa 20 Grad betrug. Es war so kalt, dass wir uns zunächst gar nicht im Zimmer aufhalten konnten und erst warten mussten, bis sich die Temperatur wieder normalisiert hatte.
