"Excellent stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and secure at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. "It wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't stay there again. I'll start with the negatives and finish with the positives. -s The hotel is very dated and looks like it. The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. Outlets that didn't work for worked after housekeeping plugged things into them. The location in my opinión wasn't very good. Limited choices of restaurants in walking...

"This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless."
