Older property but clean and friendly staff, great access to beach- Most of the parking is across the street from the hotel but parking everywhere on the strip is hectic- SO, if you stay during season don’t pitch about parking 🙄

If you're looking for some place directly on the beach, this is it. Property could use some updating, but you get what you pay for. You have to pay for parking, you have to pay for ice. You have to rent chairs on the beach. The pool is fine. The beach is beautiful, white sand soft, shallow water. Beautiful sunset.

I was so surprised how clean the room and property was for less than $400 for our 3 nights stay. I will be going back next year at same property. I know I see some negative reviews but I didn’t have anything negative not saying they didn’t but my stay was good. New tub, new toilet and new sink was in my room. Also beds were clean as well as the floors. Would recommend!!!!!!

Very clean and convenient. Beachfront balcony had an awesome view. Clean beach, awesome pool and poolside bar. The rooms are older and the kitchenette was not stocked with essentials, so be sure to bring your own cookware/dishes/utensils/etc. Overall an excellent value for the money paid! We will be back again.

Beachfront hotels always have a sort of dampness to the room but that was to be expected. It was clean and everything worked so I have no complaints especially for the price. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Staff were super nice and gave us towels or whatever else whenever we asked. I especially enjoyed the proximity to a lot of fun attractions in Panama beach! 100% would stay again!

Its an older building, but it was a perfect location. Beds were comfortable, we didn't see any bugs! Had everything we need! The view from the balcony was amazing! We were on the 5th floor. Great value for the price.
