"Great place to stay, fantastic location right on the quayside with amazing views over the whole harbour. The room was lovely with great touches such as a postcard, a large local info and history guide, coffee maker, luxury toiletries, modern large bathroom with excellent power shower and to top it off, beautiful views over the harbour from our room. A really good breakfast menu is included with your stay including a full English breakfast, pastries, cereal, strawberries and yoghurt plus other choices such as Eggs Royale or Eggs Benedict or pancakes with bacon, maple syrup, strawberries and blueberries. There is no parking at the hotel so we parked in the Main Car Park at the top of Fowey, it cost £11 for 24 hours. The Caffa Mill car park is cheaper at £7 for 24 hours but we'd already bought our ticket. The views from the Main car park are beautiful and it is next to Fowey Hall which is worth a quick visit. There is a shuttle bus from the car park down in to Fowey and back up again which runs every 20 mins, this is very useful on a hot day or when you are carrying heavy bags up to the car park. You also get a mini tour on the shuttle bus of the amazing houses on the hillside looking down on to the harbour. Our stay was wonderful and I'd recommend a visit to Fowey and a stay at the Haveners."
