The Palacio is located in the heart of the UNESCO listed inner city of Paramaribo. We picked the hotel due to reviews and location, which were indeed good. But we were especially impressed with the service . Rochelle, Ariella and Barbara went above the call. In addition to Swift and efficient email replies on matters like transfers, they additionally helps us organise a surprise birthday for one of our group. It would not have been possible without them, and I’m sure it’s not in their job...

This is a very modern appartment which is very clean and has everthing you need. Ofcourse for those who need lots of space like cupboards this will not be the right one,but apart from that everything was 100 % good.the manager will respond to your enquiry within few minutes.it is a safe place in the beautifull surrounding of Rainville. I always enjoy my stay here and the staff are awesome and courteous and the sauna a plus. My only issues are that i really think the hotel needs to change its carpets as they give off a smell as they are old and worn. The amount i paid for printing was also exorbitant.
