"This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!"

"Each staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful when I needed something. The place was quiet and clean. The breakfast items were fresh, hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Got there 5pm, room was not available. Had to come back an hour later and when I got to my room a man was still inside mopping, told me I can come in and leave my items but I was not comfortable with that. Came back later and the door was left opened and there's paint everywhere on the floors and it just felt gross"

"The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty."

"Clean and comfortable non-fussy hotel room. Roku TV with availability for streaming services. Nice view of woods if your room faces that way. No microwave in room, but I believe there is one in the hotel lobby/office."

"I believe the suite had just been rehabbed. The fixtures looked new and the paint was perfect. No dents in the cabinets. It was quiet and there were geese on the lake shoreline. I sat outside and watched them for quite a while. I never saw them again but they were worth it. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. "April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views.
