"Long time patron, and it’s still an excellent hotel. Only quibble is they’re trying to make the bar more “hip” with an odd bit of 70’s music playing in the evenings. It doesn’t work, and can be pretty annoying."

"The location is very convenient since it is next to Gare Saint Lazare. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. My shower had a large hairball in it, my sink was cracked, and the hallways needed a good vacuum. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly."
