Unsafe area with no regard to hotel staff or customer well being. The all you can eat restaurant was a sham and disgusting. However, the rooms are comfortable for one night stays

Super convenient location right at the train station for access to airport terminals and downtown Paris. Hotel is very basic but do one for an overnight stay.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The shower head was broken and sprayed the entire bathroom with water. The beds were not even mattresses. Just pull out sofa beds. The lobby restaurant staff were incompetent. Will not stay here again.

Price increased at check in. Nothing I could do while standing there with my family but pay the price. Hotel is nowhere near worth 350 euros per night. 4star lobby with 2 star rooms. Free terminal shuttle not available for early or late flights. Overall it’s better to pay for and receive 4 star accommodations than to pay for 2 star accommodations at this hotel with a nice lobby and proximity to the airport.

Typical European hotel with very small rooms and almost no place to store things. Also several things were just barely working like the adjustable shower would not go up higher than 4 ft. The hotel is extremely convenient to Charles de Gaulle airport however, and although the hotel is only average, it's location makes it worthwhile.
