Accommodating staff

We stopped here or just one night during a Lufthansa strike. Fabulous location to enjoy the Marais, or to walk to nearby locations for a great meal, as we did (Au Bougnat on Ile de la Cite). We enjoyed a post prandial cocktail back at the hotel bar, thanks to the all-knowing Daniel, who also accommodated us with a 3:30 am wake up call and coffee, and had a taxi waiting for us at 4:30 am without fail. We certainly hope that Daniel will still be with the hotel when it reopens after renovation in a few months. Vive la France!

Short, but fun stay in Paris' best neighbourhood!

We came back from Venice to Paris to catch our flight and were happy to stay in our favourite neighbourhood for a day. We had a great afternoon, restful night and took an airport taxi in the morning. Staff was very helpful. We will certainly come back.

Charming Hotel with Garden Room

Fantastic staff! Lovely room in a location convenient to major sites, such as the Picasso Museum, Notre Dame, the Louvre. Will definitely stay there again.

Hyggelig hotell i hjertet av Paris

Dette lille, hyggelige hotellet ved St Paul kirken lå sentralt i forhold til museer og andre severdigheter. Rommet var lite, men rent og hyggelig. Både rom og bad var pent oppusset. Rommet vendte ut mot en sidegate til den travle rue de Rivoli. Ikke mer bråk enn man kan vente midt i Paris. Personalet vi møtte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Prisen var helt grei. Jeg har bodd på hotell i Paris flere ganger, og kan med hånden på hjertet si at dette er et av de aller hyggeligste hotellene jeg har overnattet på.

Parisが好きになるホテル

初めてのパリ旅行にこのホテルを使いました。小さな個人経営らしきホテルですが、従業員が皆親切でフレンドリーだったのが何よりでした。部屋は大きくありませんが、必要にして十分でした。朝食も美味しかったです。チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりとタクシーの手配をお願いしましたが、トラブルもなくとてもスムーズでした。このホテルを選んで正解でした。

Nice hotel in very pleasant area of Paris.

Nice hotel, clean and with pleasant efficient staff. In a good location. Room included a kettle which, for the English, is a real must.

Wonderful mother-daughter getaway

We went for a week long stay in Paris to celebrate my big B-DAY and bring cancer free for ten years. Hotel was wonderfully located, close to Metro and many sites. Had a delicious. Nutritious daily breakfast as well as a bar 24 hours. During an unprecedented and horrible heat wave our hotel had that elusive commodity : air conditioning!! This made our evenings and the entire stay livable. We would return here in a minute any time. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall. Nice hotel, convenient location

A very nice stay for us. Great, convenient location near the Marais, Notre Dame and Les Halles... and convenient to the St. Paul metro station. Nice staff, nice room (although small for American standards). I will stay at this hotel again!

Had a 2 night stay with husband and boys. The hotel was nicely located, close to Notre Dame Cathedral. The hotel is quite simple but feels very French, and although the room prices were rather steep, you are paying for the proximity to tourists sites.

GREAT POSITION

The hotel is in a great position near to shops, good restaurants and the Metro, which meant it was very easy to get around Paris. Our room was very clean and comfortable but as it was on the ground floor at the front of the hotel, it was noisy later in the evening when people were leaving restaurants and bars. A good breakfast was available in the hotel.

Grerat location in the Marais district of Paris.

Thie is a small hotel with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The location is perfect for exploring the mArais with easy access to the Metro and the rest of Paris. Rooms are small and cozy, showing some wear since our last visit in 1993 and could use a refresh.

Gode dage i Marais

Hotellet ligger godt og centralt i forhold til hvad man vil se i Paris. Metrostation (St. Paul) kun 200 m fra hotellet. Værelserne er lidt små, men god seng og et ordentlig badeværelse. Nogenlunde roligt i kvarteret, men den spanske bar på den anden side af gaden gør, at det er bedst at have vinduet lukket ved sengetid. Der er aircon, så man kan godt holde temperaturen nede. Dejlig morgenmad til en fornuftig pris (12€ pr. person). Personalet taler engelsk (i hvert fald i receptionen) og alle er yderst venlige og hjælpsomme. Pæn rengøringsstandard - de skal bare huske at støvsuge ovenpå skabet en gang imellem :-). Flere restauranter i nabolaget, så man ikke behøver at gå så langt for at få aftensmad.
