The management team was excellent. I needed to add an extra day and while Ekta could not accommodate the same room, they moved our luggage while we visited Paris. Great customer service! The team was also helpful with recommendations and other requests.

The room AC was not working at all. Called them 3 time at night they kept saying it will work in some time .. but never worked for all 3 days we had to keep the window open at night which was bit scary .. so kind off didnt got peacefull sleep

アーリーチェックインが出来ず、早朝到着なので残念でした。宿泊料金が高い割にサービスなどは何もなく、シャンゼリゼ通りに近いからと、宿泊したが、今はシャンゼリゼよりマレ地区など違う場所の方が便利だと感じた。チェックアウトが早朝だった為タクシーをお願いしておいたのだが、そのタクシー料金が高くびっくりしました．メーター無しで通常55ユーロで行くところ倍の料金を言われ支払い致しました。次回は違うホテルに泊まろうと思います

We therefore need to have guests check out (which is 12pm) so we can prepare the rooms. I love that most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect but I just hope the cleaning lady can also wash the cups and glasses...

Property is so very nice! Very short walk to high end shopping, metro, and other amenities! The rooms are nice, cozy and clean. The staff members are kind and happy to assist! Would definitely stay here again!

Beau petit hôtel. Très très bien placé. Propre, fonctionnel et très calme même avec une chambre donnant sur rue. Service discret et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d’être étoffé et l’accès à l’hôtel de nuit devrait être sécurisé par la clef de chambre.

An adorable, trendy hotel in the center of Paris. We were right by the Arc and about a 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel rooms in Paris are generally smaller than those in the US, but the layout of the rooms worked great and the kids loved the bunk beds. The decor is fun and the breakfast was reasonable and convenient.

Chic hotel very close to Arc de triumph, food shopping everything very close bus stop Uber service everything available. Highly recommend for those who are not planning to walk a lot.

Great location. Flimsy and cheap quality bathroom fixatures, shower head leaks and at risk of falling. Hope they fix it before it injures someone.

The staff is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if i was in Paris.

Great location. Close to cafes, restaurants, metro and shopping. Very caring and nice staff. The room was small though.
