"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent to go to Cavendish beach and cliffs as well as any other Cavendish sites! We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves in the evening. There is a Tim Hortons/ gas station in front and a shaved ice spot right beside as well.

"The cottages are in a great location and are very cute. The kids loved the playground a pool. The pool desperately needs a new liner as it is sagging and not attached to the pool, however the water was clean and very refreshing.
I had to clean the shower stall as it was pretty dirty. The dishes were dirty and had to be washed, I think the previous occupants had only rinsed them and put them away making it look like they were clean.

"I typically only review quality of service that is favourable and stands out (keep things positive). However, this review is unfavourable as I was very disappointed in how the hotel handled a concern and want future travellers to be aware.
