"I've booked at this location many times. The last 2 times were a little disappointing. Front Desk and customer service is not as professional as it used to be. Made a call before my stay to confirm my reservation - and was transferred to corporate (without my permission) simply because I requested that enough towels be present in the room upon my arrival with my family. "Hotel Managers Kind people. I always feel safe here. Well lit, clean and safe. Great value, great location. Good parking. Just a slight request, it would be great if you would spray just a bit less of the air freshener. That being said, glad you are even adding air freshener. "Don't do it, on Expedia is came across as a nice place to stay, first thing we noticed was the pool had boards over it, it was out of order, then there was an extra $50 deposit at check in on top of what I had already paid online. We get to our room and there is fresh dog hair on top of the bed linens, no phone to call the office, I had to look up the number and call, the clerk brought a new blanket and when I asked gave new sheets, when I asked where the ice machine was, I was informed that it...

"Howard Johnson Wyndham Pasadena was a great place to stay. Although the property is dated, it was clean and felt safe. The location was excellent! Freeway access was easy and there were enough dining options around the property. The only problem we encountered was the lack of enough handicap parking stalls. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property."

"This place was organized appeared clean but there was hair in the bathroom the baseboards and walls were nasty in the bathroom also. The washing machine was out of order Shower was not very clean looking. Hopefully I won't have to stay there again. It was over priced no breakfast."
