"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer.
Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

Very well maintained and great facilities, reception girls were just there to make guests feel comfortable as home, thank you Michelle and Ursula. Will definitely return again. "
"A cozy family run hotel in a remote location with a breathtaking view and absolutely lovely hosts. The only thing I had a hard time with was the stuffiness in the early morning hours, but I’m like that in older buildings. Otherwise, I hope to visit again when not on business!"
