"Was very disappointed. Room smelled funny, hard to describe. Furniture was worn and beat-up. Beds were supposed to be queen, they were full size. Fitness room out of order and breakfast had very few choices. Whold place just looked shabby and unkept. Was not what I expected. Would definately not recommend."

"This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. "

"Property of this hotel was nice, as was the lobby. The hotel was centrally located in a nice area, and the Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast options were very mediocre. The room we were in was very beat up. All around the shower it looked as though someone repaired all around it, but never bothered to paint it to match the rest of the bathroom.
