"The villa is absolutely stunning. The location is amazing with breathtaking views and close proximity to the iconic Temple of Poseidon, beautiful beaches and town with restaurants. The living area is huge and perfectly accommodated our big family. The hosts are very caring and thoughtful and made sure all our needs were met and questions answered. "Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....
