The water coming out of the tap is salty. I can't even wash my face properly. Our room wasn't cleaned, even though I asked. The reception staff was helpful. The shuttle can't be used for simple shopping trips. And for pickups, there's no shuttle at the pier; it's located far away and difficult to find for first-timers.

Third stay here at Xanadu. Staff are friendly, prompt, and courteous. Breakfast buffet has several selections and is tasty. The private beach area is very much appreciated. Rooms are clean, the A.C. works great. Will stay again!

Great choice for Ko Larn

5th time to visit Ko Larn but 1st time to stay overnight. Well worth it. Went to Samae beach on 4th visit and liked it, so took the opportunity this time to stay overnight. Not too busy and not too secluded. Just right.

Free transport from ferrie was great,Check in was quick, room was nice but not cleaned as theres left over food scraps from previous occupants,bed was very good finally a hotel with a soft comfortable bed and pillows,smart tv would not connect to my phone😮‍💨 breakfast was a set dish very average but the beach was excellent and it was clean👍 so many stray dogs everywhere on the island.

A great trip. Pickup at the pier. Just call ahead. Upgraded room provided. Did not expect that. Good breakfast, their private beach is excellent as its not crowded. Overall highly recommended. Will use again.

Very quite location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. However, when you place guests in rooms you should stagger them so guest are not right next to each other specially guests with sometimes noisy kids and guests without kids. How I know this is a great place, we are planning on returning. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The room is bit old, and really dirty They don't give you, towels for hands, feels bit strange. The bed sheet, feels dirty(maybe old?) The room is really hot, and even when you put lowest heat, is never cold. The shower is a joke, They have good TV channels, and good bed at alest.
