I like that it had free breakfast, wi-fi staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean. I needed to book some excursions I could do it right there. I plan on staying there again in march.

Outstanding Location, right in the middle of everything. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing I can criticize is ALL hotels should allow you to connect to NETFLIX and other streaming services. Other than that, it was great!

I spent 2 weeks there and had a very nice stay. I really enjoyed the daily breakfast. I found everything to my liking. The only exception was noisy neighbors. I had one neighbor who slammed door everyday. Really didnt understand why would u go on holiday eat breakfast and stay inside. Unless raining. It took me a few days to get my bearings. Baht bus takes u where u need and grab does the rest. Although grab should be used for transport. Grab food is different. U should only use when raining. Overall I would stay here again.

Great hotel - Great staff - Great breakfast for a Express! Laundry room is good but 60/90 Baht per cycle. Car park is also excellent as underground but didn't see any security staff on duty. Vending machine well priced in lobby. Area not so 'pleasant' as lots of cannabis shops + bars but heh hotel location was good for the main roads to get to our conference.
