"Great if you’re looking to save money in Canggu. Big rooms, clean bed to sleep in. AC worked great. Bathroom very old and odd, but you get what you pay for. Perfect for just what we needed, cheap, safe place for a few nights to sleep at in Canggu. "

No brekkie but you’re welcome to use their kitchen or I’d recommend sauntering up the hill to try chef/owner’s place, Somerset. Easy to explore on foot from here - quick walk to the beach. Our last stop of a month on Bali and we’re sorry to leave these beautiful, kind people."

"Der Innenhof mit Pool ist wunderschön. Die Anlage ist aber schon recht eng. Zum viel Zeit verbringen eher nicht geeignet. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Toilettenspülung ist ausgelaufen, die Reparatur hat 5 Tage gedauert. Wir konnten diese Toilette nicht nutzen ohne jedesmal das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Die zweite Toilette unseres Familienzimmers lief auch etwas. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt genug Möglichkeiten, Dinge und Klamotten zu verstauen. Frühstück war...

"Perfect place to get out of loud cities in Bali and explore a totally different climate and view. I was astonished by the mountains right behind the rooms. Staff were accommodating and helpful. A bit secluded if you got no transport, but I enjoyed the quiet and serenity."

"Great location in the heart of Berewa, Canggu, great service. The deluxe rooms are a great layout and very clean and new but they are on the main road so it is quite noisy with bikes flying by at night. The balconys with pool and sunset views for the superior rooms are so much nicer than a view of the street and I imagine more quiet on that side too. The beds are a bit hard for me but everything else was great so I did enjoy my stay at Tanaka and would come back again."

"Das Homestay ist in einem fantastischen Zustand! Kleine Wohneinheiten, sprich Zimmer, über das Grundstück verteilt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, auch das Badezimmer. In einem top Zustand, sehen ziemlich neu aus und sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr zentral gelegen, etwas weg von der Hauptstrasse und daher sehr ruhig, man hört nichts vom Strassenlärm. "Our room was quaint with a comfortable bed. Totally different from home which is why we travel in the first place. The food and staff was great! Their friendly and knowledgeable drivers made discovering the area very pleasant. A unique experience. !!"

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
