"Extra fees when checking in. Extra $50 to have the room 2 hours early when the room was available. Extra 25 for property fees which were already paid when booking. Beach badges weren’t needed early in season. Started the stay off in a bad way. We checked out by 8: am do we get $50 for leaving early? Fees should be told up front before booking "
