"Booked because offered A/C. Appeared locked to their max allowed. Thermo showed my attempt for 18c but temp never changed, lowered: 20? 22? Customer had no control. Heavy duvet, noting visit during extreme heat wave. No top sheet, finally enptied duvet cover of duvet, used cover as sheet covering. ..."

"Room very clean, modern & lovely view The hotel is a great location, we relaxed in the comfortable outside bar area alongside the canal & rooftop bar in the evening to watch the sunset, breakfast had a very good variety & parking so simple, would definitely recommend"
