"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"The check in to the property was very quick and easy even if you arrive late at night. The apartment we got was clean but not spotless. We had to reach out to host a couple of times for extra supplies we needed and it did take a while so just keep that mind. Other than that, the location is prime because it is in the middle of everything. Would stay again 6/10."

"The hotel itself is nice, and the room had a lovely appearance. However, our window looked out onto an alley where people appeared to be living in very poor conditions. This seemed to reflect the contrast in Casco Viejo, where renovation and gentrification are visible throughout the area. While the surroundings felt unsettling at times, the alley faced a police station, which helped us feel safer. Unfortunately, something in the room triggered severe allergic reactions for both of us.
