"The staff were good. I liked the front desk guest services and all housekeepers, maintenance and the kitchen staff. My stay we not that great due to the AC being an issue. It malfunctioned and was intermittently. They said they "fixed" it but it was still on going issue. I wanted percentage/partial refund but they were willing to give a 25 dollar voucher to commissary lol changing rooms on 3rd night wouldn't have made sense since I was leaving the next day anyways. Manager wouldn't even speak with me directly. The AC emitted a gust of STANK sewer smell which circulated the room daily. The grout on the bathroom shower wall needed bleach and a good scrub. And the perimeter of the pool inside where the water level casted a whole black line of muck and the stair stepper needed scrubbing cuz the black was on the stairs too! I told them if they weren't able to give me a partial reimbursement then they will have to deal with the poor review. I paid for my room in full before coming online and I think they gave us the least favourite room because money was already paid upfront. And the breakfast, it was not worth paying for it should be included because I've been to a few different hotels/motels that offer complementary breakfasts and they were making an omelette right in front of you! I thought if we were paying this would be a supreme breakfast. But it was very avg. Scrambled egg like you see in hospitals, bacon & sausage muffins etc. just sharing my experience..."
