"Villa was in a good location- not too busy and not too far from supermarkets, local laundry service, atm and an easy ride to restaurants in various locations. Facilities excellent but be aware sometimes the electricity overloads and you just need to reset the switch on the board if it trips. "

"プールは1階と5階にそれぞれ一つずつあります。1階のプールには浅い所もあり子連れには嬉しいです。 子供の遊び場(滑り台)が朝食会場にあり、食べながら遊ばせることも可能です。 朝食会場ではキッズチェアも貸してくれます。(ベルト付き) お客さんの層もスタッフもよかったので、 安心して子ども連れも泊まれます！ ただ子連れで徒歩圏内にレストラン等はなさそうだったので、移動は車が必要です。 大人のみでの徒歩ならありそうです！ また大人のみならばバイクのほうが早くて楽です！ ホテルのロビー横にレストラン？カフェ？があり、そこでもローカルフードやピザパスタなど食べられますが、ホテル価格なので割高です。 (パスタで135000ルピア程度) 私たちが泊まった部屋には電子レンジや電子コンロ、冷蔵庫、鍋やお皿も付いていたので、自炊も可能です！部屋の中にウォーターサーバーもありました。 ホテルにスパもあり、 バリニーズマッサージ60分で400000ルピア程度でした。 子連れでフリー時間が短い私たちにはとてもありがたかったです。 スタッフみんな子どもに対して優しく、とても気持ちよく利用できました！"

"We had a great 9 night stay at the Prime Plaza Suites with our 12 year old son. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. The pool and other facilities (table tennis, pool tables, fusball, water slide, etc). are fantastic for kids, while the 12pm - 8pm happy hour is great for parents! The restaurant food and breakfast buffet are also quite good. It can be a little noisy with kids in the pool before 8am but that's not unexpected at a family resort."

"The room was amazing, large spacious with good size pool. However it had no food available to your room after breakfast. They say they have a selection of close by restaurants that will deliver to your door. I tried three of them and they all said they dont do deliveries anymore. Ended up getting food from gojek so i could enjoy food in my villa and ended up getting food poisoning. "

"Amazing place to stay Service and hospitality was amazing . Villa was amazing with the pool. Absolutely no issues at all and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The included breakfasts were amazing with such a large selection which included barrister coffees as well"

"I would not stay here again. The villa smelled musty, and there was something living in the ceiling - possibly a large lizard. There were three buildings behind the locked gate of my "villa," each with a bedroom/bathroom combo, and one with living area and kitchen with an upstairs balcony that was open to the elements - bugs, mosquitos, critters. I reserved a one bedroom with private pool. The living area and kitchen were located in another building, as mentioned above, and I did not use it....

"Love the location , all the staff friendly with amazing service. Villa pool very clean as is the whole complex. Shout out to the garden staff very nice gardens. We havecdyayed several times because of the staff and amenities. Close to a supermarket and great restaurants. Walking distance to shopping favourites."
