"Pros: good amount of space, good location. Security was good, safe area. Cons: No laundry - we were under the impression it was on the ground level. Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...

"Plenty of room and very clean. Great location- but still quiet and plenty of restaurants within walking distances and little stores. Our apartment room was the best (#5) because it had a balcony we enjoyed! Also, very handy, was the washer/dryer in basement and well organized for ease of use."
