Fantastic property with even better staff-loved it. Will be back

This hotel could easily be a 4 Star. Free parking and only 2-3 km away from town. Hotel also offers a free shuttle to the town until midnight. Eva was outstanding every morning as she welcomed us with a smile on her face and very polite. Lady at reception was also very helpful, overall all the staff try their best to provide you best service. I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting Chania again and most probably stay in the same hotel. Fitness centre need attention as not everything is maintained...

Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

Great hotel 5 mins drive from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely beds and showers, all very clean. Swimming pool and free breakfast with lots of variety :) would definitely stay here again, thankyou. 10/10

Had a lovely stay. Staff was very helpful and informative

Highly recommended! Very friendly I couldn’t ask for better! Definitely coming back!

Great hotel, Great location on the old bay, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Friendly staff, clean, great to sit outside and have a beer and see the sunset.

Excellent. The sea views amazing

We had a pleasant stay. The sea view from the room is stunning.

Great hotel in an unique historic setting. Very convent location by the harbour with multiple restaurants and landmarks in a walking distance. The a la carte breakfast is very delicious with great variety. We will definitely frequent once again

A very convenient hotel super close to (walkable - barely 10 mins) but nicely away from the Old Town. Lovely room - spotlessly clean - and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to park our car in the underground car park. That was such a help. Breakfast was good.

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. Great central location, closer...
