"Our 3-night stay at Sudima Kaikoura was initially off to a rocky start. We had earlier informed the hotel that we would be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary but there were no special arrangements made. As we settled in to wind down for the night, we were disappointed that the in-room TV was faulty. Duty Manager Adil personally came to try to rectify the issue. Upon finding it unfixable without further disturbing our rest, he offered us a new room with an ocean view.

"Our favorite property of our trip. Staff was friendly kind and helpful. Communication was clear. Amenities were just right. Rooms were spacious and welcoming. Balcony was jast right for morning coffee. I would have atayed an extra day if we didnt have such a tight itinerary"
