It is not a 5 star hotel recognised globally, only to Malaysian standards. The cutlery served in the kitchen dining was dirty with residual food on it. Room immaculate cleaned every day .Perfect location right in the middle of KL .Raja Chulan monorail station nearer than Bukit Bintang. You can use pedestrian walkway to access Petronas Towers and shopping areas also Aquaria KLCC.
