"Traveled for hours just to be told they no longer had the suite I reserved because THEY overbooked. Their accommodation was a basic room and a “free cot”. Sheets were dirty with hair and “black spots”. First and last time. Never again"

"Fabulous 4th of July weekend getaway, perfect for the entire family. Breakfast is included free parking indoor swimming pool and mini gym. Close to Del Grosso‘s waterpark and amusement park. My family and I had an awesome time. Staying at the Comfort Inn, We will definitely be back soon."

"The property is very nice and very well kept. Staff was not very friendly but was not rude maybe just having a bad day. Breakfast was not what we are used to. No utensils to serve the food, coffee was empty and when I asked the attendant they said they would get more but I waited for 5 minutes and it never came out. It seemed obvious that they wanted you to buy the breakfast and coffee and not use the complimentary."

"Pool hasn’t been opened in years. Breakfast in the morning was just a small 2”x2” cinnamon pastry with a sign saying only take one and think of others. What a rip off to advertise breakfast and it only be a tiny pre wrapped pastry. You should take as many as you like and the management should think of others and offer a full breakfast or else not advertise such. Place was disgusting. Flies all over my room. Door had been kicked in recently and was halfway fixed. Even closed I could see outside...

"We checked in and couldn’t wait to use the Jacuzzi after a long drive unfortunately Jacuzzi is out of water grow the front Desk said it’s been out for months. She really put a note on the website, advising people of that. The bathroom tiles and tub were spray painted, which gives off a cheap motel type feel also the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall on both sides and since it’s round at the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle while I was trying to take a shower. Great location...

"This isn't a 8* motel or hotel by any means.There was one towel and one wash cloth not sure if clean or not .trash in both trash receptacles that were in room,and No Toilet Paper...This wouldn't have been a major problem but I went to office to try to retrieve linens and toilet paper and literally were closed and I had only just checked in an hour prior...
