So pretty convenient - Lovely decoration - Charm of an historical building What can be better: - Not adapted for light sleepers. Quite noisy especially on Saturday nights because of the pub in front of the hotel. The charm of an old building has also the downside you hear the shower, the coffee machine and the vibration of the fan from the rooms around. - There is a security for preventing...

"Excellent stay, felt very welcoming upon arrival. Was even offered a room with a larger bed due to my height, but the bed and the room we booked was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay."

Room was lovely, unfortunately balcony was in need of TLC, however it is due to be renovated we understand. Room was very hot and as it is set back there is little breeze, would definitely recommend having fans available with all this hot weather."

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall.
