"We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. Car parking was easy to access, and the hotel is in a lovely area with an easy bus ride or short drive into town. The homemade biscuits and friendship bracelets were such a sweet personal touch, and the reception team gave fantastic recommendations for things...

"Great little place, easily accessible via car. Luxury units, done beautifully. We travelled in winter so didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting! Cute little check in desk in the form of a drinks van. Attentive staff who just leave you to relax and shout out if you need them. Excellent value for money!"

"The only negative for my stay was the size and weight of the room service meal plates. I was on my own at the sunny coast for a neurosurgeon appointment having severe back pain and the weight of the plates individually and especially all together on the tray were far too heavy to lift and manoeuvre.
