It was a cozy room and we had an excellent stay. I found it curious that there was a bbq and dish pan but no dishes to speak of. Luckily, we travel with collapsible dishes on our bikes. We didn’t need the A/C or the fan the weekend we were there. The weather was very temperate and we slept with the door to the covered patio open. The corn roast dinner on the Saturday night was a nice surprise and the pool was a nice temperature on the sunny afternoon we came back from riding around the region.
Lovely old resort in an ideal location for our visit. Dining room experience was lovely. The motel unit was clean and tidy - had everything we needed. One suggestion would be to have the exterior of the units pressured washed - so many bugs and cob webs - doesn’t give a good first impression. The screened in porch was also great for morning coffee as well as the picnic table if you prefer being outside. The inside of the porch could also use a good cleaning but was definitely adequate. Overall we had a very nice stay and would stay there again in future.
I enjoyed my stay at the Inn. I was there over a weekend for two days of work. The building was quiet and my room was comfortable. Some of the decor is a bit older, but it had charm, and was clean. I stayed in the main building. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good. The Wifi in the Inn was not the best, but only an issue because I was working on something. I would stay and the Inn again.
We stayed here as a central location to kayak during the day. It wasn't busy. Rooms are big and clean. Not alot of restaurants around! And those that are in the area all close by 8pm. There is a dining room and grill on site but the grill is only open for breakfast and the dining room closes at 8pm. The food was very good! The service was a bit slow. All friendly except one lady who was a hostess maybe? She worked the dining area. There isnt trailer parking spots either but we were lucky to get a spot both nights by the small store beside the hotel. The falls were gorgeous of course and fun to kayak near. Internet sucks! The wifi speed was close to dial up. Nice big outside deck area though with lights, couches, bbq and propane fire pit.
We really liked the location since we were in walking distance to the lock. The extra little table area in the room was handy as well as the screened in area and the picnic table and chairs outside.
We stay every year for the last 5 years. We love the family feel of the place. The front desk and restaurant employees are very helpful. This is a very clean accommodation.
Nice spot. Good spot on the lake with excellent staff. I stayed in one of the smaller motels, they have a barbeque but nothing else really for meals so . Had a nice relaxing holiday.

Great rooms large bathroom deck off room. The only thing was the bed was not very comfortable. Everything else was just what we needed.
The staff was unavailable throughout the time we stayed there. Most of the time, there was no one at the reception. It didn’t feel like a hotel or inn at all—other options would have been a much better value for the money.
