"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"I would 100% return to the Princess Resort in Jamaica. I went with my elderly mother and 2 small children. It was a very family friendly resort and had everything we needed. There was a waterpark for all ages, a kiddie area for non-swimmers, splash pad, bigger slides for teens, many different pools, a swim up bar pool with lots of afternoon entertainment, and a beach area as well. There was one main area for breakfast with a buffet, everyone was able to find something they liked, smoothies, eggs, pancakes, meats, fish, cheese, fruits, pastries cereal..etc. The best part about the buffet is that there was a kids area that was just their size, they were able to reach food they wanted. Lots of choices. The only downside was personally I would have enjoyed more seafood options other than fish, but that is a personal preference. One detail I overlooked or was not made aware of was that when you are on the family side there are only 5 alternate non-buffet options in the upper level. I did not reazlied family section guests could not enter across a "imaginary threshold" which was deemed hte adult side for dining options. I didnt even know there was an adult side of restaurant options only. The adult only guests could come to the kid side but obviously not vice versa. My kids loved the kids club, my 5 year old when daily and sometimes would drop in for an hour and then I would pick him up, it was nice change of pace and the staff were amazing!!! 1 downside, 1.5 hr from airport"
