"This is where you would want to go if you want to stay someplace quiet out of the main touristy area of Bar Harbor. The Inn is very cute like staying at your grandmother’s, it is across the street from Prospect Harbor. We rode in on a motorcycle in the rain from Bar Harbor and Gale was at the door to greet us with two dry towels. When you are on the road traveling you don't have an idea a lot of the time about when you will arrive. "The cottage was beautiful, new, and clean but the cottage I reserved through Expedia was cottage #9 which butted up to the woods with a very private deck with hot tub. The cottage we were given was cottage #7 wich sat right in the middle of 3 other cottages - no privacy at all. I would not have paid the high price to stay in that cottage. Very disappointed!"
