" O hotel é simples, porém tem o necessário para uma boa estadia, achei estranho receber toalhas e uma bolsinha com controle remoto na recepção, e na hora do café o funcionário fica em cima prestando atenção em tudo , talvez por outras pessoas que abusaram das coisas ajam assim, mas no geral foi um boa estadia o café da manhã teve muitas variedades principalmente de doces, os pães eram artesanais, muito farto, é bem localizado em frente a rodoviária de cachoeira de Macacu.O estacionamento é muito...

"O Hotel e as instalações são incríveis. Porem demos o azar de a alimentação não ser no formato "buffet" como eles oferecem. Segundo a equipe era por conta da quantidade de hóspedes, ou seja, buffet somente a partir de 15 quartos ocupados.
Com o formato a la carte não deu muito certo. A equipe pedia para fazer o pedido com antecedência para adiantar, mas não dava muito certo. Pedidos trocados, atrasos...
Porém a equipe super solicita, simpática, tentando minimizar ao máximo a situação.
