"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this...

"Fantastisk hotell!! Et utrolig koselig og sjarmerende hotell. De ansatte er utrolig hyggelig og høflige. Ligger i et rolig, men helt nydelig område på Phi Phi. Vi bodde i en villa med skogsutsikt, men vil si det var med sjøutsikt også. Ingenting å utsette på verken hotell eller personale, kommer gjerne tilbake! 10/10 hotell om du ønsker en rolig og avslappende ferie, men med gode muligheter for å besøke nærliggende øyer. "

"Breakfast was nice! I didn’t expect it to be included. Staff was nice & helpful. The resort is older maybe the pictures are less recent but I had a nice stay!! Charming place, close to the necessities. "

"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"We had a wonderful time at The Cove, our room was comfy, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the private beach and the use of the free snorkels. The food was good and we liked that breakfast was included. Only thing I’d mention is other than the beach activities the only way to explore more is by hike into town which we loved and had the opportunity to see a lovely view point ! Otherwise you have to pay about 300 baht per person per way to get to town. We had a lovely time and would recommend...

"Super clean place. Seems like a new property. Only thing I didn’t like was that you can only use the microwave when the kitchen is open. But overall, it’s was a good place to stay"

"Great hotel for a couples honeymoon or families with young kids, away from the busy town. Nice beach and white sand. It was challenging having to take the water taxi every time we needed to got to Tonsai town for restaurants and the tours. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, breakfast was not the greatest but it’s because we are in low season and not many people in the hotel. Overall a good stay."
