We stayed at the Sheraton Suits PHL Airport for one night, albeit we did pay for two nights so we could check out mid-afternoon to catch an evening flight.
Overall, the hotel is good and our room was clean. However, both TVs did not work properly. Went to call the front desk using the room phone. Surprised yo see that there is no Front Desk button or instructions on how to reach personnel for mechanical or safety issues. Instead, I called the hotel from my cell and told them that both TVs were relatively dysfunctional: One had a notification that the HDMI input was disconnected, thus no TV. The other unit only had 4 or 5 local TV stations.
Front desk person said they would call the hotel technician to fix the problem. Yet, the tech never came to the room. Just proves that a hotel’s worth is as good as its staff, and as such, this hotel ranks low.
