I loved the location of this hotel, as it is so close to the art museums. If you have a car, parking can be a pain; but there are some outdoor lots you can arrange with for your car fairly close to the hotel. You can load/unload your car right in front of the hotel, which is helpful. If on check out day, you want to do some more touring, the front desk will hold onto your luggage, which is nice. The hotel is "boutique", but no frills -- which suited me just fine. There is no bar, e.g. The room was very clean, had an exposed brick, industrial look and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of clothing storage/hanging space, TV, fridge, safe, etc. And the bathroom is modern and adequate (lighting could be better; and the mirror has built-in technology), though there is very limited shelf/counter space for toiletries. The view out the window (for me) is of the backyards of the townhomes on the adjacent street. The staff were helpful and professional. There is a Whole Foods really close (with a restaurant) and other restaurants and taverns nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here.
