"The room we stayed in sorely needed a paint job. The pain on the ceiling was peeling everywhere. We also did not receive any room service throughout our stay - Thursday through Monday. We had to help ourselves to fresh towels from the maid's cart in the hallway. I ordered a Ceasar Salad in the Cafe. ..."
