"As others have said, the hotel is older and it shows. Shabby in spots, elevator buttons cracked but functional, crazy loud AC unit, worn carpets. Despite that, we were comfortable, it was quiet and the staff were all AMAZING! Probably the nicest staff we’ve dealt with at the many many hotels we stayed ..."
