"Hotel and rooms were very clean. Majority of staff was great. 1 early morning front desk girl didn’t even say good morning or acknowledge us when we came down. Rest were great. Free breakfast was a total waste. Like a cheap microwave meal. Very disappointing."

"Front desk staff are very helpful in many aspects of our stay. Rooms were clean and everything work well.location to the beach is great. Open air lounge/reception area is nice to hang out and have coffee and padasel. Will stay there again."

"딱! 가격 만큼입니다. 침대, 타올, 선풍기, 에어컨, 텔레비전 이게 다입니다. 그냥 시골 민박집이라 보면 됩니다. 디몰이라 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 비상 발전기가 없어서 정전시 에어컨, 선풍기 가동 및 전기 공급이 전혀 되지 못해서 매우 불편했습니다. 무엇보다 숙소 방 바로 옆에 양계장이 있어서 새벽부터 닭 울음소리에 잠을 깊이 이루지 못했습니다. 도마뱀이 숙소 출입문 밖에서 목격되었으며 심지어 숙소 내 샤워실에서도 목격되었습니다. 직원들은 비교적 친절하였지만 정전에 대한 무대책으로 다소 실망스럽고 너무 불편했습니다. 그래도 롤라스 로지에서 좋은 추억 하나 만들어 갑니다. 이 후기가 많은 도움이 되길 바랍니다. "I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control. However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back."

"The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!"

"I travel many times and I stay in many hotel and this one was really terrible, room old and smells bad , dirty bathroom and flooding drainage and if you ask for service the lady get you the very bad attitude. Only the restaurant was correct but limited choices . It’s far from market if you need something and its complicated to have transportation. I have appreciated the pool."

"The person at the main gate wasn’t there when I went out and retuned from church service and wasn’t apologetic or no sign indicating that he’ll be back in few minutes. i waited for about 4 to 5 minutes and even have to call front desk to informed them that the main door was locked Location wise this place is anideal stay whenever I will be in the city. I know it was a one off thing, overall, good find, budget friendly. "
