Horrific, druggies everywhere, double booked room

My first room had “No Bums Allowed” written on mirror and a line of tin foil, burns on the sheets and holes in the bathroom door and wall. Came back to my room later on and there was a guy sleeping in my room, thank god I didn’t have any valuables in there because they were for sure going to be stolen. Had to wait 20 minutes until they found me another room and that rooms key pad on the door didn’t work and needed security with a key to open my door. If I had to stay there one more night I would have rather slept on the street than pay almost $70 again. The manager at the front desk check in was very nice and courteous and was helpful. But I would never stay there again or recommend to my worst enemy.

What a rat hole !!!!!

My man and I were trying to get away for a night and he left me there because of the hotel conditions. Saying he wasn't going to stay in this rat hole. No TV to watch, cable cut. No hot water to take a shower. Bathroom door was badly damaged. Numerous other damages throughout the room. I thought to myself dam this place can't have many maintenance people or they just don't give a dam about the property. Anyway I had to call a taxi and go to my friend's house for the night. What a big waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The only good thing to say about this place was the front desk clerk and security guard were both very friendly and polite.

STAY AWAY

If you value your safety and your life, STAY AWAY from this place. Checked in and checked out within 15 minutes, and we're lucky we got out that fast. Rooms are in awful conditions, leaky roof creating puddles on the floor (mold too), wall heating units had wires hanging out and electrical outlets completely ripped away. Blood stain on the floor and homeless tweakers/crackheads living in the hallways and stairwells. TV had been stolen out of our room, dirty curtain was barely hanging on rod, and the bed wasn't even on a frame. A room you'd envision addicts shooting up in, which probably actually happens judging from the shady characters who seem to be living there. Don't book here, I was lucky to get a refund from the nice lady working the front but other reviewees weren't so lucky.

The photos are not recent at all. It is not clean looking or safe-feeling. I ended up requesting a refund because I was not comfortable staying there. It is also under a different company name too so the Expedia website for it is not up to date. The front desk staff was super nice and understanding and told me I would get a full refund.

Check in was pleasant. The room itself was gross. The floor, nightstand, headboards, and dresser were all delaminating, and had stains and scratches. Several outlets were missing covers and others were broken or missing screws. There was no dead bolt. The bathroom was missing tile and the latch side of the door jamb.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Front door had been kicked in multiple times, no door on the bathroom, no light above the mirror, no remote for the TV. Degenerates and police all night. I almost left and slept in my truck.

We never got to check in. I trusted that this was a nice motel. It was in a ghetto with sign for guns. They were asking for $50 deposit with cash only. We drove 4 hours and tired. We had to look for another room. Was nothing like the picture. It should not be on website for expedia.
