"We ended up not checking in after viewing our friend’s rooms who had booked a day earlier than us. We decided to else where as there was black mold in the washrooms. It was more like a motel and the room does not look like the photos."

"This hotel made our entire family feel special. All their recommendations were amazing. We are a family of 5 with teenage children and they were so impressed. Amenities we great. Breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic. Perfect for a walkable but relaxing holiday."

"Truly felt like royalty here, the staff were so genuine and sweet. Everything was perfect, clean, and hotel staff accommodating when things didn’t go to plan. They had some emergency maintenance that needed to be done, and in the US a hotel would have just told us to get out of the hotel from 1-7pm, instead they planned an entire day trip for us that included a free cooking class, massages and dinner at a beautiful secondary property. To say our stay has been special would be an understatement. Shoutout to staff Hông (Lovely) who always greeted us and chatted with us, and was so genuinely lovely. Will be coming back. "
