Perfectly located : direct access to a private beach, 10 minute walk from the town We booked a bungalow with a garden view but were given a big room with a sea view. The room was big, very clean, quite new (yet with some technical points to be solved..). The swimmingpool is very nice as well. Yet a good choice for the price, compared to what can be found on the island

Resort sạch, gần trung tâm
Gia đình tôi đã ở Orange Resort 3 đêm từ 28/11 đến 11/12. Tôi hài lòng với chất lượng và dịch vụ tại resort. Phòng rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, hồ bơi sạch và có bãi biển riêng. Resort cũng khá gần trung tâm, tầm 5p taxi là tới khu chợ đêm. Nhân viên ở đây thân thiện, lịch sự. Điểm trừ duy nhất là bữa sáng, gia đình tôi thử khá nhiều món nhưng cảm nhận chung là không ngon.

Hotel has great beach front location with lush green garden. Sadly, the owner decided that’s enough to sell rooms. Everything else is afterthought from mediocre breakfast, unreliable WiFi, impossible water taps, broken handles, dated furniture to snowy TV reception and murky pool water. At this price I could have stayed up north in brand new hotel.

Fatal flaws
For a three star resort, the Orange Resort was generally a nice property. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good restaurant. Nicely landscaped. Modern clean up to date rooms. But there were two fatal flaws that will prevent me from visiting this property again: 1. There is a bar/beach club two doors down from the Orange Resort. Loud thumping music can be heard at the Orange Resort at any hour up until midnight. 2. There are two main stairs to the beach. Unfortunately both are treacherously steep, stone and concrete stairs with no railings.

코로나로 인해 한동안 손님들이 없어서 인지, 수영장과 같은 일부 시설은 관리가 좀 아쉬웠습니다만, 해변과 바로 연결돼있어 해변이용과 일몰을 보기에 좋았습니다. 주변 도로에 식당들도 많고, 가까이에 마트도 있습니다. 숙소에서 공항 픽업 서비스를 제공해 줬으며, 오토바이 렌트를 주선해줘서 편하게 이용했습니다.

Fantastic nice and helpful staff, especially the guest relation manager. Breakfast can be improved. Swimmingpool is in need of a renovation and the water was too hot.

Aamupala todella heikko, siis huono. Pikkukärpäsiä ruuat täynnä, joka aamu. Kahvi täysin juomakelvotonta. Munakkaanpaistaja löytyy, mutta noin desi öljyä joka munakkaaseen, eikä minkäänlaista englannin kielen taitoa, jotta olisi saanut muutosta asiaan. Muutenkin koko aamiastila hyvin epämiellyttävä halli. Tarvitsisi osaavan ravintolapäällikön joka saisi ruuat ja tavarat esiin asianmukaisesti. Henkilökunta käsitteli ruokia, esim leipiä käsin, nosteli niitä pöydän alta esiin samalla kun keräsi roskia ja siivosi muuten. Juomapöydässä lasit toisessa reunassa ja siellä kahvi ja kahvikupit siellä missä erittäin pahat makuaine mehut. Astioita korjattiin pöydistä vasta kun asiakkaat lähti. Vastaanotto kolkko ja palvelu ei mitenkään hyvää. Huone itsessään siisti ja hyvä. Patjat todella kovia ja ilmastointi puhaltaa suoraan sänkyihin. Alueella tehtiin hyönteistorjuntaa vaikka mekin kävelimme ihan vieressä ja saimme myrkyt niskaamme, samoin altaalla makaili ihmisiä ihan muutaman metrin päässä. Ei kyllä ollut ötököitä, mikä hyvä puoli asiassa. Ravintolassa yleiseen tasoon hieman kalliimmat hinnat. Söimme pitsaa, mikä oli ainoa kasvisruoka, ei mitenkään hyvää. Sijaitsee hyvällä alueella, missä paljon muita palveluita. Ranta hyvä, mutta aivan liian vähän varjoja ja rantatuoleja. Kokonaisuudessa ihan siedettävä hotelli kolmen yön oleiluun.

Friendliest staff we have encountered
Very cozy resort right on the beach. A low rise complex with matured foliage. Great little restaurant overlooking the beach and 100 yards from the Main Street for all the action. Best of all the staff, friendly and willing to make you holiday perfect.

Kan verkligen rekommendera denna resort. Personalen var mkt tillmötesgående och trevliga.Om vi bad om något fixade de det direkt. Vi fick en del myggbett och personalen kom då med salva och spray för att hjälpa till. Alla som jobbar på resorten hälsar glatt varje gång man möter dem. Vi hade en bungalow vid stranden som var väldigt mysig, inte varje dag man vaknar till vågornas brus. Stranden nedanför var ren och bra. Läget är perfekt och gångavstånd till affärer o restauranger. Det var rent och fräscht på området. Åker vi tillbaka till Phu Quoc kommer vi garanterat bo här igen.

Jeg, min kone og vår datter på 11år hadde det helt fantastisk. Komplekset er veldig koselig med mye palmer og frittstående bungalower. Og det har direkte adgang til stranden. Eneste som trakk litt ned var renholdet av basseng annet. Personalet var alltid klare til å hjelpe til med hva enn det skulle være. Og Rose kom bort til oss ved frokosten hver dag og spurte om vi hadde det bra.

Great location- in the center of the action with little restaurants and shops Pretty clean, beautiful surrounding area- the pool, lots of plants, well done landscaping!!! Lots of things need to be fixed- from shampoo holders to broken lights, doors etc But at this price point not a deal breaker as it’s clean- most important

3가족이 3개의 방을 예약하고 3박 함. 방2개는 문이 잘 안닫힘. 어머니 환갑기념으로 방문해서 처음 3박은 시내에서 돌아다니기위해 잡았는데 위치랑 조식은 좋음 대신 시설이 오래되고 벌래 자주보임 문틈이 있어 완벽한 차단이 되지 않음. 숙소 방 꾸며준다고 어떤방을 꾸며주냐고 물어보기까지 했는데 3방다 아무것도 안해서 당황함. 아이들 없으면 그냥 있을정도. 있다면 별로. 직원들 말투는 무뚝뚝하나 친절하기는 함. 공항 픽업샌딩 서비스는 무료라서 그점은 좋고 리조트간 이동은 안되지만 택시나 벤을 대신 예약해주고 시티투어도 비교적 저렴한가격에 한인여행사와 비슷한 코스 운영함.

Lack of modern sewage and water filtration
The big issue with this resort( as well as those nearby) is that there is a large sewage pipe some 100s meters on the side. The entire city centers sewage is passing out here so when it rains and city is flooded you can see the dirtbrown water spreading like a big ghost. Water is never clear, you literally cannot see where you put your foot. We suspect that the wastewater from tve hotel is pumped out during nighttime. Another guest we talked with through the week swam right into a turd one morning. So - no beach for us, only the pool. Tve island is suffering severly from pollution. There is no recycling from plastics or glass. The fishermans villages throw all garbage right into the water. The tourist beaches are clean, but walk to next section and you see tons of plastic piled up on tve beach. Phu quoc is a disaster - we are not returning....

I booked three different room categories at Orange Resort for December 10 – December 12. The photos for the room categories shown are not what I received. For example, the Superior Bungalow – Garden View shown the bathroom has double glass sliding door for the bathtub, I received a room # 71 with just a shower with half of the door was missing and the hinges are sticking out, which could be hazardous (see photos). When I complained to the front desk that room with missing door or in need of repair shouldn’t be given to guest, Ms. Tan replied that all rooms in the resorts had had half of their glass shower door removed because the owner didn’t want the shower door to be stained with water mist. Really??? If that was the intention of the owner, why the hinges are not removed and walls are patched and why half of the door is left standing? And if that was the truth, why room # 68, which is lower category Deluxe Room – Garden View, in which a member of my party stayed, has a complete glass shower door (see photos). In addition, room # 18, which is higher category Superior Bungalow – Beach front, in which members of my family stayed, has complete double sliding glass shower door (see photos). Please see photos showing the room in desperate need for repairs. Another photo shows the glass shower door was removed from my room and left outside of another close-by room. Even the towels were just rag. the bath mat was a piece of rag torn out from worn out towels.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean. But the thing that sets this place apart is the staff. Dinh the bartender and Ng the waiter were terrific, as was the cleaning staff and the front desk. If you're smart, you'll utilize the front desk staff frequently during your stay. They know everything about the island, and have excellent recommendations.

Beachfront bliss
Perfectly located sea front resort. Quite dated but location and staff makes up for this. Very close to ATMs, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Most breakfast items are targeted towards the Asian market but this was not a problem for us. Massage on the beach is very cheap £8 for 1hour. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the huge shower. Plenty of comfortable beach beds and ample shade under the trees on the beach. On site restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. Stayed in the seafront bungalow.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Bra att man hade nära till stranden och även solstolar på stranden som man fick använda. Man kunde låna badlakan till stranden vilket var väldigt smidigt. Tyvärr var det någon som skrek utanför vårt rum första natten och det tog lång tid för någon att få tyst på honom. Väldigt obehagligt och gjorde att vi sov dåligt även andra natten. Förutom den incidenten är vi väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Krásný resort přímo na pláži s ideální polohou
Dobře vedený resort s udržovanou zahradou nedaleko hlavního města ostrova Phu Quoc.Nejlépe se ubytovat v bungalovech na pláži s terasou a soukromými lehátky přímo před pokojem... 5 metrů na lehátka.. 5 metrů na masáže, které jsou na pláži. Venkovní restaurace námi využívaná hlavně přes den... na večeře je taxikem za 20 až 40Kč (pro 4-6 osob) kousek cesty do města na Night Market se seafoodem..Z hotelu na hlavní ulici, kde jsou obchody a restaurace, je to asi 200m. Byli jsme zde již podruhé a asi ještě zopakujeme..

Strand och bad
Bra frukost, bra kaffe, bra städat, trevlig personal, bra och billig mat, perfekt med boendet precis vid stranden, lite svårt med engelskan hos personalen, hårda sängar, trevlig pool, nära till andra restauranger och affärer, extra plus att ägaren är med vid frukost.

Nydelig sted med veldig hyggelig personale! Fantastisk plassering på stranden få meter fra vannkanten. God mat på restauranten. Anbefales! Eneste negative var harde senger.

Great location. English of the staff was okay. Beds were rock hard. The rooms and surrounds are like the rest of the island, below par quality and needws a good clean. I think the island has just developed too quickly, very dirty and for what you get it's expensive. Find somewhere else on the mainland if you want a 'resort island' feel.

Tolles Resort direkt am kleinen Sandstrand. In der Anlage und am Strand ist es absolut ruhig. Verlässt man das Hotel, ist man Mitten im schönsten Trubel. Die Beachbar ist ein Traum! Großartiger Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, kleine Getränkepreise, tolles Essen für Zwischendurch. Tipp: Deluxe-Bungalow am Strand buchen! Man schläft herrlich mit Meeresrauschen in den Ohren ein, hat einen tollen Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ozean. Kleinere Minuspunkte: Die Anlage an sich war teilweise dreckig. Zwischen Pflanzen lag Müll, an einer Seite des Strandes (den man aber gut meiden kann) türmen sich weiße Sandsäcke. Unverschämt das Zimmermädchen: Trotz Schildes „Bitte nicht stören“ klopfte sie mehrfach und unfassbar laut morgens um 8.15 Uhr (!!!) an die Tür, brüllte lautstark „Housekeeping“.

В этом отеле мы не первый раз. Нас подвела погода. Все две недели был шторм на море. Отель больше тянет на 4 звезды. Расположение - супер. Рядом город, тихое место, весь в зелени, хорошие бунгало, во многих уже поменяли матрасы,на более мягкие.Охрана не пускает посторонних через отель на берег.

Leuk hotel, wel wat verouderd. Fijn dat we een upgrade kregen naar een luxere kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.
