"Sorry for giving a "Good" rating for my stay from June 3 to June 7th. I found the desk clerks, maids, and restaurant personnel to be top-notch. However, to my disappointment, there were several visits to the bar/lounge with friends on 3 nights after dinner, and we were served by bartender Cortney. She displayed an attitude toward us that made us feel uncomfortable as customers. She also seemed to lack knowledge of how to prepare various cocktail recipes. Our first experience was at the restaurant where we requested 3 glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon to start. The waitress said she would check with Cortney if they had that. She returned and said, no not available, but she had a Pinot Noir. Ok, we will have that. Cortney brought the wine, but it was Pinot Grigio (a white wine)! We accepted her mistake and drank the white wine. After dinner, we went to the bar and ordered 3 Old Fashion cocktails. We ordered a glass of the Pinot Noir; she found some Cab. Sauvignon.
