"There were few different parties going on in hotel, so restaurant and outdoor jacuzzi was not available for guests. All other amenities were just full of people. Hotel manager was rude and not very helpful. Instead of a nice time away from city crowd we ended up in w crowded hotel with no break"

"Excellent facilities. The from desk and the spa staff is very good and knowledgeable . The restaurant food is good but the waiters are not properly attired and do not speak English which is surprising in Poland , especially in a 4 star facilities"
