"Never been to a more disgusting hotel. Stained sheets and towels, dirty disgusting, smelt horrible, left a half used roll of toilet paper, broken lock on door, no screen in the window, just a horrible experience would never ever recommend or come here again. Not worth the “cheap” price compared to nearby hotels."

"Our state was good the staff was nice but while we were there they didn't come in and clean our room and we couldn't figure out how to get the heater working but then we finally figured it out other than that not bad"

"The hotel staff were so kind! We were in town for our mom’s funeral and had an issue with the location for the reception. They allowed us to use the breakfast room and it was so wonderful."

"The front desk staff were okay. The lady in the breakfast room was unfriendly and unhelpful.
The room was old and worn out. The shower wasn’t a shower, there wasn’t a diverter, water only came out of the spigot.
There were extra fees, $50 deposit fee for the room, refundable in 7-10 days, WI-FI was supposed to be free, there was a charge, and incidentals in the lobby were way overpriced. Pick another hotel for sure."

"We were put in a room with no working air-conditioning, that smelled like rotten fish and had hornets in the room. We were moved to another room( a lesser version than what I paid for) . At 3am a night manager gave keys to our room to new customers who tried to get into our room. when my husband answered the door and told them that this room was occupied, the manager came up to the room, and attempted to open our bedroom door with his master key and could only not get in because we had the...

"i purchased 2 rooms. the double queen bed room was nice. the deluxe room was unacceptable. Jacuzzi did not work at all. that was the main reason for booking that room. Staff was very helpful. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Outside the rooms needs an upgrade. Hallway smelled like the carpet has water damage. Parking was great. Grade - 6 out of 10"
