"the parking was included, nice car garage but warning for bigger cars and trucks- very tight fit. I recommend you try the mexican restaurant up the road- it’s about a 10 minute walk and kirk’s ice cream. the hotel staff was nice. room was clean- many reviews talked about noise from other pets but when we stayed we couldn’t hear a single dog, you can however hear loud cars outside sometimes but not terrible. the beach access was night too."

"Great service from check-in to check-out (and everything during our stay). Breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety from warm food to fresh fruit and juice. Clean all the way around, inside, outside, hallways, rooms, and lobby. I recommend this location for anyone visiting the area."

"Our view was great, overlooking ocean, and the pools. The breakfast buffet was good, there's an omelets guy there too. Get the breakfast package. The indoor pool was nice but there's so many towel hoarders that they take all the towels.
Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there. I told the cleaning lady we will be out in a couple minutes but she never came back, so it's kinda funny that they have a placard in the room begging for tips but they don't clean your room. I would stay...

"My family plans on returning here. We never had a bad experience. Clean sheets, rooms, smooth transition gettng our room. Nice size pool and fun events for kids and adults.i prefer washing my own clothes , so I didn't mind not having room service."

"All rooms are oceanfront views. We were on 2nd floor. Perfect view of Garden City Beach. Sat in the loungers at pool facing ocean and walked in ocean a few feet away. Bed was comfortable. "Well, Sandy Beach Oceanfront IS an old hotel. Cleaning does take place every day, however the carpets needs to be replaced. The floors in the elevators are in need of replacement and I Certainly think that Every shower needs HANDRAILS!! This is so true for seniors! It still is a good place to vacation."
