"El personal poco amable, especialmente las empleadas de housekeeping le pedí dos veces a una de ellas que estaba en mi piso que si me podía conseguir sábanas para el sofá cama y me dijo que estaba muy busy que no podía ayudarme que llamara al front desk. Llamo al front desk nadie llegó. Espere una hora y baje al primer piso encuentro a otra muchacha esa si me ayudó no recuerdo el nombre pero ella me dijo que ellos tenían personal que hacían eso específicamente y que se suponía me ayudara rápido....

"We stayed at Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale for two nights during NSU accepted student day and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, specious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast, free parking was a nice bonus with good variety. The location is convenient for both the airport and nearby attractions. We walked to Brio restaurant comfortably. My only issue was that they gave us a wheelchair accessible room, which was interesting because they have...

"There was plenty of parking and it was a safe area. The front desk clerks were very pleasant and welcoming on my check in and check out. I do have a few complaints regarding the room. The tub leaked he entire night I had to close the bathroom door. When you turned the bathroom light on it had this loud noise and the bathtub needs to be refreshed/renovated. And the desk chair needs to be replaced. "
