The staff helped me get everything ready and then they put them in the freezer for me. This allowed me to get home with my Hatch Green Chilies and surprise my wife. Every time I interacted with the staff they were cheerful and looking for an opportunity to be helpful. "THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME TRYING TO PAY FOR THE ROOM. I JUST ASSUMED THAT THEY HAD TAP TO PAY AND COULD USE MY PHONE BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT SO I HAD TO REBOOK THE ROOM PAY ONLINE THEN IT WORKED. THEN THEY UPGRADED ME TO A NICER ROOM FOR THE HASSLE. IT WAS VERY KIND OF THEM. I WILL DEFINATLY STAY THERE AGAIN."

"Dirty room, hair in bathtub. Room had little to no storage so luggage laid on the floor all weekend. Common area above pool was dirty. Location was good and close to marina which was nice."

"Website said no rooms so booked via Expedia. TV did not work. After speaking with staff only 1 channel worked. No in room coffee maker (but had microwave and refrigerator). No hot water after all day hike!! Won’t stay here again."
