The staff are incredibly helpful recommending and booking activities. Included breakfast is a bonus (not buffet style but a reasonable range of options that are freshly prepared)."

"The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating. They even spoke English. The food was ok. The french toast was really good. Only comment I would have is for the kitchen to serve one table at the same time. We had two occasions where we already finished diner while our daughter was still waiting for her food. But don’t let that hold you back. Amazing place!"

We stayed in a room with a patio view but we used the rooftop bar to have the river view. We rented bikes from the hotel for just 40yenes for a full day around. "

The staff were all warm and friendly and welcoming. Excellent high quality breakfast in a beautiful setting.
